Sales Enablement Specialist

Azion is building an Edge platform that provides serverless solutions for the next generation of computing. This is a rapidly growing market, expected to reach one trillion USD in 2029. As our Sales Enablement, you will design and implement sales playbooks, working directly with our product experts, sales top performers, sales strategy and operations enablement teams. Alongside our Product Marketing team - responsible for our product positioning and content - you will deliver scalable sales enablement programs and initiatives to address the needs of the business globally.

You are an experienced Sales Enablement professional and capable of designing Azion's Revenue Academy Program globally to help our teams achieve their goals. The scope of the program involves enablement for sales, marketing and customer success organizations as well as help optimize Azion's onboarding program.

As our Sales Enablement leader, you will plan the training program throughout the year, owning the enablement calendar for the Revenue organization. You are a hands-on person - and is always willing to “roll up the sleeves'' to get things done as fast as possible.

The successful candidate combines a solid understanding of enablement and training experience, with the ability to map requirements into a comprehensive plan for execution. You will tailor, drive and deliver sales enablement programs involving sales operational excellence, tools and processes to increase performance, with specific soft and business skills and product and industry knowledge. Our ideal candidate have strong communication skills, ability to work cross functionally, translate business needs into initiatives and prior experience with Sales Enablement.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Minimum 3+ years experience in sales enablement with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong LMS systems' experience. 
  • Proven track record of working with and influencing executives, extended teams, and command respect.
  • Ability to work under pressure, highly adaptable and well organized.
  • Proven track record in creating, delivering, and training successfully with measurable results in fast paced environments.
  • Strong, detailed knowledge of software sales cycles, sales process, and sales leader coaching.
  • Fluent in english.

Desirable qualifications:

  • Experience working with Hubspot CRM tool.
  • Experience in a B2B sales environment in the software industry.
  • Experience utilizing sales KPIs.
  • Experience with scoping and defining requirements for sales improvement projects.
  • Understanding of sales methodologies, sales processes, and existing sales tools.
  • Excellent communications skills including, presenting, editing, and writing as well as accuracy and attention to detail required.
  • Advanced knowledge of spanish.
