Revenue Solutions Manager

Our Revenue Solutions team works across the Sales, Marketing and Customer Success areas. As the Manager of this area, you are responsible for managing Azion's Marketing, Sales and Customer Success processes. You will lead a team that will have a strong focus on systems, CRM, indicators and management goals, ensuring the generation of data for decision making.

Our Revenue Solutions Manager needs to be able to lead the team in search of the desired results, influencing, motivating and developing them. You need to be able to delegate tasks and manage conflict.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Experience and results achieved in the area of ​​Marketing, Sales and Customer Success;
  • Methodologies, Processes, KPIs and Tools for Marketing, Sales and Customer Success (ex: CRM);
  • Reporting/Performance of Marketing, Sales and Customer Success.


Desirable qualifications:

  • Definition of Goals;
  • Revenue Forecasting;
  • Commissioning Models/Variable Remuneration;
  • Project management;
  • Management of Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success Training;
  • Bachelor in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business with emphasis on technology, or equivalent experience;
  • Knowledge in Agile methodologies;
  • Knowledge in Edge Computing, CDN and/or Cloud platforms (Azion, Akamai, AWS, Azure, Cloudflare, Fastly, among others);
  • Experience with TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS, DNS and web servers;
  • Experience with Marketing, Sales and Customer Success.
